Hermosa Valley Grades of Green gets Native!

Hermosa Valley Elementary School, lead by Grades of Green Chair Elizabeth Riley, planted native plants at the 22nd street planter in Hermosa Beach. These plants will help all aspects of the food chain including fungi, insects, and winged wildlife, including humming birds. This group is hoping that residents place native plants throughout the city to help wildlife, preserve water, and keep alive a special part of local history.”
