The 2012 Student Climate and Conservation Congress (Sc3) is holding their U.S. Green School Fellows Leadership Program June 24th to Friday June 29th. Any 9th to 12th grade students, who have shown outstanding leadership in their school or community can apply or nominate here.
This program will take place at the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service’s National Conservation Training Center (NCTC), 80 miles from Washington DC. The program consists of students engaging with renowned guest lecturers (including Barry Lopez, Ian Cheney, Joe Riis and Rob Watson this year), participating in substantial group discussions, network with important environmental and economic experts, develop leadership and team-building skills, and immerse themselves in the NCTC culture and campus ecosystem.
