Trash Free Tuesdays Makes Its Way to Connecticut!

Grades of Green got a shout out in a local Connecticut newspaper, the Darien News, for helping set up the Trash Free Tuesdays initiative at two of the local schools, Hindley Elementary School and Royle Elementary School.  With the aid of Grades of Green’s online steps, these schools are reducing the amount of garbage going into landfills during lunchtime of Tuesdays. The schools launched trash free lunches on Tuesdays to begin with, they hope the program expands and becomes engrained as a habit so that it occurs on a daily basis.  To read the full article, click here.
