Senior Manager, Individual and Corporate Development at Venice Family Clinic
Doug brings his extensive experience in corporate sales and non-profit fundraising to Grades of Green. Since 2018 he has been the Senior Manager of Individual and Corporate Development at Venice Family Clinic. He is primarily responsible for corporate partner engagement, including volunteerism, programmatic grants, and event sponsorships.
Before Venice Family Clinic, Doug was in medical sales for over 30 years. The majority of that time with Hewlett Packard, then with Philips Healthcare which acquired the medical products business from HP. He managed sales and organizations at the local, regional and national levels with as many as 100 direct reports and organizations generating $100M in annual revenues.
Doug has an MS in Sports Health and Exercise Physiology from Texas Tech University and a BS in Kinesiology from UCLA. He was a member of the UCLA Men’s Varsity Swim Team at UCLA. He is also currently on the Venice Chamber of Commerce board of directors.
Doug lives in Manhattan Beach with his wife, Carol. They have four beautiful young adults who live in NYC, Washington, DC, and Oakland.
