College Corps Fellow
Yajaira Figueroa is a Junior at Cal State LA, pursuing a career in Child Development, with a dream of soon becoming an elementary school teacher. She has always shared a passion for young children and serving the community. Yajaira is thrilled to be part of Grades of Green as a climate action college corps fellow. She is enthusiastic about helping make environmental changes and becoming a mentor to young children. During her free time, Yajaira loves hiking, listening to music, playing her ukulele, and watching a movie.
