Spending almost every summer in Mammoth Lakes, California since he was five years old is what made Josh love the environment and appreciate its beauty. Josh graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara in June of 2017 with a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies. Within the major, he chose to focus on philosophy and ethics and apply that to the environmental movement. This is what made Josh want to work with people to help humanity as a whole through environmental education and outreach. He knew that this internship with Grades of Green was the perfect fit for him and did not hesitate to apply. He hopes to use his skills and passion for photography to put power in pictures and use them to teach and inspire others to protect the environment and its elegance.
